GETTING TO ABODE AHANGAMA

Abode is situated just outside the town of Ahangama in the south west of Sri Lanka, around 2.5/3 hours from the airport (depending on the traffic) and 30 minutes south of Galle Fort.

COMING FROM THE AIRPORT

The easiest way to get to us from the airport is by private taxi which can be booked through our bookings team.

IF YOU HAVE A SURFBOARD

If you are bringing a surfboard we suggest booking a van as cars with roof racks are unable to travel on the main highway in Sri Lanka.

COMING BY TRAIN

If you’re already on the island and coming in from elsewhere, you can take a train to Ahangama train station which is about 2km from the property. You can then hop in a tuktuk which should cost you no more than 600LKR.
